About Joanne & Co.
Our Story
Joanne has been an entrepreneur and business owner for many years. She is a big supporter of locally sourced products as well as products that have an artistic flair. Joanne & Co. has emerged from Joanne’s passion for hand crafted items both from her own creations and from local businesses.
Joanne’s first venture began with her children’s clothing line that she both designed and sewed. In 1998, Joanne and her husband Martin, took over Orangeville Flowers from her parents. They expanded the business to include antiques, gift baskets and Joanne’s sewing creations. This is where Joanne’s passion for artistic products thrived. She loved this aspect of the business so much that she and her husband decided to create an online retail store called Joanne & Co.

Each item offered on Joanne & Co. has been carefully selected by Joanne. She sews all of the hand-made items. With her access to fabrics she decided to offer them to customers giving everyone the opportunity to purchase unique high-quality material for their own sewing creations. The Gift Boxes have been thoughtfully arranged to include Joanne’s sewing products combined with locally sourced items.
